I received a sim card from my boyfriend to try out the service and i cant reactivate the service. We've tried both on the app and through the browser to reactivate it and buy a plan but keep getting infinite rocket loading on the app and on the website: "Whoops We're sorry Something bad happened and we weren't able to fix it ourselves. Please go back and try again." We keep trying but get the same result. Been trying since the trial began 1st day so for a week now.
