Activation is a bust

I activated the sim card. Sprint ported the number but the phone still connects to the Sprint network and says wrong sim card. Sprint sim card demands payment before I can dial. Finding help here is a nightmare and was directed to us Foxbot but the page had no link to “Foxbot” and now my phone is useless.
