"Activation Successful".....No phone service. How long must we wait?

Activated today and the phone number has been ported over, we are being “Charged” for the time we are NOT allowed to use our phones due to what ever their reason is.  I already want to go back to horrible Cricket!

I am having the same problem. It’s been about 5 days. No signal. Tried to chat with customer service. A robot suggested several things. Nothing worked. The robot eventually sent a message to customer service, whom e-mailed me asking for more information about my phone. They asked for a valid number to call me. I’ve sent the reply e-mail. An hour ago. No further e-mail, no phone call.
