Got Sim and activated, no service at all.

Setup and activated got a new number and I have no service still. I have the right APN in but nothing. I got a E for service and 4g for about 10 seconds but other than that no service. Restarted, put sim in and out, and nothing. Dont know what to do my phone is a Moto Z Play 4G from Verizon and it should be unlocked but it does say "Sim is not from Verizon" sometimes and I have a weird voicemail. Please help me figure out what to do.

It looks like your device is locked to Verizon. You need to contact Verizon and have them unlock your device. After that you'll be able to use our service. Let us know if you have any other questions.
