Issues with Venmo - my number used to be VoIP

Hello,

I transferred from a VoIP phone company over 3 months ago into Mobile. I am trying to download and use Venmo, but when I enter my number into Venmo for sign up, it gives me an error as if I was giving them a number that doesn’t exist / that doesn’t belong to me.

Any ideas of how I can solve this?

Hi there, kindly be advised that Mint mobile services are not compatible with Venmo since Mint mobile is an MVNO company (Mobile Virtual Network operator). Venmo requires that a phone number must be registered to a mobile carrier directly. Eg, T-Mobile.
