Can someone at Mint please help me? I went through the activation process and porting of another number to Mint but there was an error along the way. The number has ported away from my old account and the phone is no longer working with the old carrier but I received a text message from Mint to call in so I did. The person that answered tried to help but said it must be escalated and I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable - for Mint to port my number away before activating the account and thus leaving the number in limbo and without any service whatsoever.
