I bought my mom a 3 months prepaid sim card.
It took 5 days to Complete the porting process.
however, when i make a call, there is an automatic message saying the I have to make a payment, which doesn’t seem right because it’s a prepaid Sim. The same goes for texting. Unable to text.
I highly appreciate your help.
