Sim card activation

Transferring my old number onto a new sim card. On the website it says everything is fine but my phone says, “SIM not supported”.  3/3 of the sim cards I have used with Mint have not worked.  My phone specifically tells me “this is not a hardware issue”. Old sim card is down so I have been of the grid for a week due to incompetent Mint sim cards.
