I verified and confirmed through the Mint website that my iphone SE could work before purchasing the SIM. I was able to activate the SIM on the website since 11/01/19. Every time i inset the Mint SIM it says: “ The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a service provider that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported service provider or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your service provider. Please contact Apple for more information.”

I’m currently under Tracfone services and before that it was Cricket.

How can I fix this ?

Please advise

One of the carriers you had this phone with, probably where you purchased it has it locked. You need to call the carrier and get it unlocked.

Same issue but my phone IS unlocked.

Nevermind, my phone was locked.
