Trial chip to activated chip not working

Does anyone have the same problem?. I tested the trial chip, everything worked fine, when moving to the another chip (not trial)  and activating the account and paid the plan within the, now anything works no calls, no data. When trying to make a call I am redirected to an ultra customer support service.
