Why won't the plan I purchased activate even though I'm using mint number and transaction shows in my account?

I purchased the trial packet, for 5 bucks, and it worked well, i wanted to keep that same mint mobile number so I then purchased a 60 dollar 8 gb plan. This purchase shows on my bank account, and under the transactions in my mint mobile account. However, the plan is not active, and my account is telling me that my account is suspended. When I tried to call it tells me I have to make a payment, and my messaging is now blocked.
