My friend forgot to renew the phone plan, and now when she got off the plane on her phone it says "no service". She forgot her log in password and cannot log in to the account. It seems that Mint mobile does not recognize her phone number and email anymore. She really needs her phone number to work. She called the customer service and sent lots of emails but no one replies and no one answers the phone.
What should she do! How can she contact the agent to solve the problem?
