No Coverage


Hi,
I just activiated my SIM Card 2 days ago.
According to the Coverage Map everything should work (LTE everywhere).
The truth is that there is no signal at all in the whole town.
Cannot connect to the Mint Network.

Signed up for a 12 month plan as everything looked perfect.

Any suggestions what to try/to do?

You can get a refund within the first 7 days.
Thanks, need to consider this option.

I am just surprised as it happens in Hoboken, NJ and I assume that coverage in this area should be 100%.
As soon as I enter NYC, i have full coverage.

Any official feedback possible, if this lack of coverage is temporary?
