I have tried switching my number to another provider and called to get my account number and using last 4 numbers of my phone number for PIN, but MINT support claims there is some technical issue, which requires the technical team to investigate. WHAT?? I have never seen this when porting numbers from other providers in past ( its usually under 15 minutes ). This is going on 3 days and to make things worse MINT has stopped my service even though I still have a week left which I paid for. Any tips so this can get some attention from support????
