When I turn on my phone it still says Metropcs-not Mint Mobile. Also, I cannot delete several apps related to Metro. They were not installed through the Play Store. The apps are disabled but how do I delete from my screen??
Thanks-Jo

Try setup to all apps. Hit the 3 dot on the upper right and hit show systems and see if you can force stop it.

this would be the only why to do it too

I have Nokia 2 unbranded and it has 1 Nokia app to see the running of the phone.
The phone has 100% of the apps that I want on mine phone.
this is why I will always buy a unbranded phone.
I hope this helps

Before I forget. I did this to mine mom phone is to slide all un used apps in to one fold to clean up the screen for her. Also I did it to mine Kindle too. This would be the way to go too.
