Cannot access data!

I have purchased a 3 month plan with 8GB LTE, but data doesn't work at all.
How can I activate data?

What phone are you using?
I am using Huawei P20 Lite. I already added the new APN, and I have access to H+ network (the minimum internet), but I never have 3G or 4G or LTE.
I found these posts about your phone. It doesn’t look like it would work in US well.
