Data is not working in the New York City

I have activated my sim card today. I can receive a phone call now but I can not connect to the internet, I have tried the apn for Android and it does not work. I even tried restarting my phone several times and I still can not connect to the internet. Below are information about my phone and position. Please help me with the problem, Thank you.

Phone : ASUS ZenPad 8.0 (Z380KL) / Samsung Galaxy Note 3
(both devices can not connect to the internet)

Position : 10025 New York / 10463 New York
(both positions can not connect to the internet)

I went through the same frustration until I discovered that you need to change your date settings. Check out this link from Mint Mobile:

And if you want to have wifi-calling, that too needs to be activated. log into your account. Click on "WiFi Talk & Text" on the left bar. After you enter a valid address for 911, you will have wifi-calling on your phone.

Same problem - but even after I set up for android, it still sticks me with 2G. Worked perfectly for the first 7 days of my contract. Oh look at that, the return policy is 7 days. Nice con.
