Data not working

I’m a new member and I’ve tried inputing the APN settings as instructed through the help videos but when I activate my mobile data it doesn’t work. Is there any way to fix this? I really need to be able to use data when I’m on the go. Also, images sent through MMS don’t load for me.

 

Any help will be immensely appriecated!
