Unable to reach Support Team re: ticket (SUPPORTM-176475). Please help here?

Hello - I have emailed Mint Mobile Support numerous times, and have been unable to receive a email response back. The latest support ticket assigned to me was SUPPORTM-176475.

In lieu of getting a response, I am hoping to get some answers here:

I would like to know if there is a way to see my historical usage for the month. For example, I am allotted 12 GB for the month, but I would like to know how much I have actually used. I do not see the option to see this in the mobile or web app

Log into your Mint account. On the Home page, under your name & phone number, you will see two boxes: My Plan and Balances. In Balances, click "Check" to the right of 4G Lite Balance. It will show you how much data you have left on your plan for this month. If you want to know how much you have used, just subtract the balance from the total you have paid for (in your case 12GB).
