Looking to buy a new phone compatible with MintSIM

I'm looking to buy a better phone that will still be compatible with my MintSIM plan. I'm particularly interested in some Chinese phones, like Huawei and Xiaomi. (If they aren't compatible, I'll look into Google Pixel or a Samsung Galaxy.)

It's hard for me to plug in the IMEI number into the MintSIM website since I don't have the new phone to look it up. https://willmyphonework.net has been a great resource in this search, but the website doesn't have info on the new models (like Huawei Honor 9X Lite or Xiaomi Mi 8 ).

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

I would try this site:

https://www.frequencycheck.com/

I can't vouch for its accuracy, but it did list an Honor 9 in its database.

as long as your phone runs on GSM network you're fine
I bought a Huawei Mate 20 Lite from eBay and it works perfectly fine with MintMobile. Golf is right. Any gsm compatible phone will work.
I have a Huawei Ascend Mate 2. It also works fine on Mint.
just added a 3rd line in our household to MInt, byebye VZW, every line setup and ported over perfectly.
