i got the 8gb SIM card for 12 months. There is no signal, no data, no call.s. I have called tons of times the customer service and they were just able to tell me that there is no coverage in this area. Mint website however says that the area I am in now should have the faster internet and full coverage.
I now asked a refund and I am trying to get in touch with the customer service but 611 does not even ring now. I have sent tons of emails asking to call me back but still nothing. This is the worst service provider ever. I want a refund now.
