This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider, phone or anything else. First my land line could not connect to any mint mobile number. I got mint mobile for myself, my wife and my son. First I was unable to call any of these mobile numbers (an important requirement). It took appx 4 weeks to fix this. Then they changed the plan-which I was assured by the initial sales person would not happen. this raised the cost from $25 a month 5GB-which was more than I needed-to $35 month 8Gb-totally not needed. Then they offered me a $30 credit that could only be used for extra data and international roaming-totally useless for my purposes. I would not recommend them ever.
