Cancel your service for any reason within 7 days of activation and we will refund you the full purchase price and any associated taxes and fees. Shipping is not refundable. Refunds are processed in 10 business day.

I bought two sim card - one for me another for my wife. I activated my sim card and found that I can not turn off voice mail. So with such service of forwarding calls We do not need thess sim cards, niether I nor my wife. How can I refund payment for both sim-card. Do I need to actvivate second simcard before refund?

My order included free shipping so I only paid for the service and taxes and fees. Will my full cost be refunded or will the shipping costs (that i did not pay for) be deducted from my refund.

7 day money back guarantee?  That’s if you can get anyone to answer or call you back.  I prepaid for two sim cards for 3 months and it didn’t take long for me to realize that the coverage was spotty and the price increase after 3 months wasn’t saving me anything.  I’ve switched to another carrier (never even used the second sim for my daughter’s phone) and had to get a new number because your company keeps the account number and pin protected (from me!  the account holder! ) and i held for close to an hour on 3 different occasions only to be disconnected.  I tried to go through your bot option and i’m assured you’ll call back and you never do - but then, how would you when you kept my phone number and I had to get a new one that you don't have and there’s no option to leave for a call back.  I emailed, did the bot “chat” several times, called, and well within the 7 day window for a refund, but guess what?? you still haven’t cancelled my account!  I’m moving to the option of just going through the attorney general’s consumer division.  You shouldn’t have to go through this much headache with a money back guarantee.  The sad thing is that I wasn’t even upset about the service.  I know you're a new company.  What has pissed me off beyond all measure is the customer service, or lack thereof.  

I just cancelled my service after 2 days. Horrible service area. Thankfully I paid with Pay Pal.
