Emergency Calls Only, Calling deprioritized on Mint by T-Mobile

So if there are too many T-Mobile customers on a given tower making calls as a Mint customer you get no service, Nice…… (Nice reason to switch back to T-Mobile!)

Why does this happen and can Mint correct this, having phone service from Mint and cannot make calls a lot of the time?

Screen shot even says the carrier turned OFF the voice service

No T-Mobile is not an MVNO.

T-Mobile owns their network, MVNO's but wholesale services such as Mint Mobile, Straight Talk, etc...

My 3 Month $45 trial ends 5/18/2020 I will be porting back to T-Mobile before that date, Going to try their NEW $15/mo. plan…

At least then I might get higher prioritization being with T-Mobile directly instead of through a MVNO like Mint

Glad T-Mobile came out with a $15/mo. plan, can’t be any worse than Mint, at worst it is the same but one would think they would give their own customer base a higher priority, and most comparisons show that to be true…

As the saying goes you get what you pay for !

T-Mobile is an MVNO themselves
