I brought over my phone number and was activated recently, but i cant make or recieve calls.

I kept my phone number over from Virgin Mobile and was recently activated with Mint Mobile, but i cant make or receive calls or texts.  I keep getting a text message from mint saying “Aww yeah your number has officially been transferred to mint mobile.” Ive gotten over 30 of them.  What do i need to do.

You set up your APN’s yet?

What is that?

In order for your phone to work properly you need to setup your APN (Access Point Names) go to Mint Mobile’s web page and type in APN In the search and follow the directions>
