LG-V20 h910 (AT&T model) visual voice mail

I am trying to set up VVM on my LG V20. With the stock dialer, I get an error that it cannot receive the settings, and I got a text saying "Sorry, this service is not available." I tried YouMail and it successfully dialed the code, but when it receives the following test call, I get a pop up that says "Connection problem or invalid MMI code".

Is it simply just not available for this model, or is something wrong?
