mms not working suddenly on Samsung J3

I just spent an hour on the phone with this asshole rep who could not help me but spoke to me in a condescending manner who knew little to nothing about phones.... she then hung up and did NOT forward me to leave feedback. My phone does NOT work and neither my daughter's  phone. I never had such shitty service and now I cannot even reach the company? Bullshit. Why can't we speak to technical assistance directly instead of these idiots reading a transcript and not even listening to us tell them the issue? Maybe i should try on twitter? We are not getting any internet or mms can be sent and the regular troubleshooting does not yield any results. it is a time waster that i never want to revisit. We are paying for service that we are not getting. ☹
