no network connection

I just activated my new Mint Mobile account this week. Apparently I’m getting zero data instead of 12GB. I live inside my city limits and have 3 to 4 bars of phone reception. Why don’t I have a network connection when I’m not connected to wi-fi?

Thanks. I actually went ahead and called customer service. Turns out contrary to the information on the website there is actually no reception in the part of Texas where I live. So gotta go find another carrier to go with.

Make sure you have mobile data turned on in the phone settings.
