Refer-a-friend credit

I referred a friend and she signed up using the link. It has been more than 15 days now and neither of us received credit for the referral.

I just had to renew my plan and there were no 'refer a friend' bonus, even when I referred a friend a little over 2 months ago.

The chat feature always ask my email and say someone will contact me and I never get a follow up.
I contacted customer service via email when neither my husband nor I had credit for him referring me. It took a while to get it, but we did, and when we renewed, our costs were discounted by our credits! Bummer that it didn't happen automatically, but we did get the credit. I suggest reaching out to customer service via email.
