I purchased a 3-month SIM card off someone on CL. I activated it and it worked for 4 days until my account got suspended. They said the person who sold me the card got a chargeback on her credit card. I’m wondering how can you offer a refund if the account is already activated?? I guess is that they took advantage of the 7 day refund policy. So now I need to pay for the 3 months myself in order to continue my service. I haven’t been able to contact the seller (of course), so I got scammed. I wish Mint could help me out on this.
