Unable to connect to data network or wifi

I'm using the trial plan from Amazon. I set up the APN and everything worked fine at first. Now, all of a sudden, I can't connect to any data network. Even Wifi doesn't work. I can make calls and text just fine (didn't try MMS). Any ideas?

I'm experiencing a similar problem but not with the trial number; instead for me, I used the second SIM card that came in the kit, have successfully ported my number and subscribed to a 6-month plan. I've been using it without complaints for about a month now, when all of a sudden yesterday, while at home, my phone would connect to neither my home WiFi or the cellular network. This I was able to (temporarily) resolve by removing the SIM card tray and reinserting it in -- a trick which isn't working today at all. Now I'm concerned about my number having been ported out, all the bad reviews about the customer service and whether/if I can get refunded the purchase of my 6-month plan.
