I recommended Mint Mobile to a family of friends. They all have iPhones and have all had many problems with their APN/MMS settings. Their iPhones are constantly trying to update their network settings or just wiping them outright. Ignoring the prompt to update carrier settings and adding in the settings after updates works, but obviously that isn't an ideal solution. With an Android phone, I never have this issue.
From what I understand, this is a problem with Mint Mobile not yet being understood by Apple as a proper network provider. Is that correct, or is there something else going on here?
I wanted to report the issue although it has likely been reported. Is there a plan to fix this issue in the near future?
