Unable to receive two factor authentication SMS messages

I am unable to receive two factor authentication sms messages (for banking, insurance, etc). These verification messages usually come after attempting a login. This issue was not present before I ported my number over to Mint. This has occurred in at least 3 attempts at different institutions for a 2FA message. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

I am also having this problem. I just switched about 4 days ago. Can anyone help?
