I asked mint mobile to suspend my account because someone stole my phone. I had JUST PAID FOR 3 months of service, they took 3 days to suspend it, and by that time I got my phone back. Now they are saying to reactive my service I need to pay another 3 months cuz they suspended for non payment!!! What do I do to get them to reactivate my account on the plan I already paid for! I’m so mad I’m in tears and there’s nobody to talk to. They ripped me off for 3 months of service!!!
