I have searched and searched and cannot figure out how to cancel at the end of my current term. How do I do that?
Hi! Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel the service. Once your plan is exhausted your account is suspended. After 60 days with the account suspended if there’s no payment, the account is automatically canceled by the system. Please keep in mind that no billing information should be in the account to avoid undesired charges. In the event that you’re facing a service issue, please do not hesitate to send us a private message.
Thank you. I just cant get good coverage in my area. If I’m not on wifi, I can’t really use it. Perhaps another time.
