samsung galaxy s7’ sprint network; supposedly unlocked (according to sprint customer service); completely paid off (after 4 years of payments); followed the instructions on the Mint activation kit; created Mint Mobile account which says my service is active; BUT

whenever my mint sim is in the phone it says “Invalid SIM card”

I haven’t been able to use my phone for the past 5 hours.
