Right now, our state unemployment office is backed up with calls. It takes hours to get in contact with a live person. This is a nationwide problem. However, what has happened is, at exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes, the phone hangs up. During this time, you have a hold message, so you’re actually connected with the office. So, as important as this is, even if someone finally answers--say, at 2 hours and 26 minutes--and you’re finally talking to someone, the call still ends at exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes. Everyone in my family is currently using Mint Mobile. So we need to know: Is there a 2-hour 30-minute limit to calls?
I see that other people have asked this same question. That's the simple quesiton for me, as it seems like Mint Mobile has a 2.5-hour limit to calls. What's the answer?
