Purchased renewal but did not receive service and got charged for 2 plans??

Yesterday, I tried to renew my plan with a 12 month 3GB plan. I clicked the button to purchase, but I got an error message. I clicked purchase again and it did not go through again. Later, I found out that I was charged two times, when I only meant to renew once. Today, when my plan was set to expire, I was sent a message saying that I did NOT pay and that I had to pay again. I emailed customer support but they have not replied. What should I do?
