Replacement SIM

Hi! I have lost my phone so I wanted to order a replacement SIM to keep my old number and to recharge it (since the SIM was suspended), but when I tried to order it from my Mint account it says that there is an error that occurs and that they can't succeed my order. Does someone know why? I urgently need a new SIM so if someone can give me an answer asap it would be really helpful. Thank you for your attention!
