SWITCHED PLAN, STILL ON OLD ONE, WHY?

Was on the annual 2GB plan and I renewed under the 5GB plan for the year. My account still shows that I'm on the 2GB plan when I've been charged for the 5GB. What gives?

Edit: To be more concise, my plan was scheduled to renew to the 5GB plan today but I'm still under the 2GB plan.

Edit: PROBLEM SOLVED. Called Cust. support and apparently it was a "glitch" on their end.
