Upgrading my data plan

I am in the midst of a 2GB 1 year plan and am interested in upgrading to 5GB for the remaining term of my agreement. The FAQs indicate that this is possible and that the cost of upgrading will be the prorated for the remaining contract period. Unfortunately I am unable to find the steps that I need to take in order to effect the upgrade.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

I recently upgraded my plan from the 5GB to 10GB plan while on the 12-month term. To do it, go to your account and click "Manage Plan" and click on the new plan you want to switch to. You should see below the button that says "Switch immediately", so click it. I know I had to pay the difference right away in order to upgrade to the new plan.
